【摘要】:Personnelthatareresponsibleforthecreation,transfer,andstorageofcomputedradiographyNDEdatawillusethispractice.ThispracticewilldefineasetofinformationmodulesthatalongwiththePracticeE2339andtheDICOMstandardwillprovideastandardmeanstoorganizeCRinspectiondata.TheCRinspectiondatamaybedisplayedandanalyzedonanydevicethatconformstothestandard.PersonnelwishingtoviewanyCRinspectiondatastoredinaccordancewithPracticeE2339mayusethispracticetohelpthemdecodeanddisplaythedatacontainedintheDICONDEcompliantinspectionrecord.1.1Thispracticefacilitatestheinteroperabilityofcomputedradiography(CR)imaginganddataacquisitionequipmentbyspecifyingimagedatatransferandarchivalstoragemethodsincommonlyacceptedterms.ThispracticeisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithPracticeE2339onDigitalImagingandCommunicationinNondestructiveEvaluation(DICONDE).PracticeE2339definesanindustrialadaptationoftheNEMAStandardsPublicationtitledDigitalImagingandCommunicationsinMedicine(DICOM,seehttp://medical.nema.org),aninternationalstandardforimagedataacquisition,review,storageandarchivalstorage.ThegoalofPracticeE2339,commonlyreferredtoasDICONDE,istoprovideastandardthatfacilitatesthedisplayandanalysisofNDEresultsonanysystemconformingtotheDICONDEstandard.Towardthatend,PracticeE2339providesadatadictionaryandasetofinformationmodulesthatareapplicabletoallNDEmodalities.ThispracticesupplementsPracticeE2339byprovidinginformationobjectdefinitions,informationmodulesandadatadictionarythatarespecifictocomputedradiographytestmethods.1.2ThispracticehasbeendevelopedtoovercometheissuesthatarisewhenanalyzingorarchivingdatafromCRtestequipmentusingproprietarydatatransferandstoragemethods.Asdigitaltechnologiesevolve,datamustremaindecipherablethroughtheuseofopen,industry-widemethodsfordatatransferandarchivalstorage.ThispracticedefinesamethodwhereallstandardCRtechniqueparametersandtestresultsarecommunicatedandstoredinastandardmannerregardlessofchangesindigitaltechnology.1.3Thispracticedoesnotspecify:1.3.1Atestingorvalidationproceduretoassessanimplementation''sconformancetothestandard.1.3.2Theimplementationdetailsofanyfeaturesofthestandardonadeviceclaimingconformance.1.3.3TheoverallsetoffeaturesandfunctionstobeexpectedfromasystemimplementedbyintegratingagroupofdeviceseachclaimingDICONDEconformance.1.4Althoughthispracticecontainsnovaluesthatrequireunits,itdoesdescribemethodstostoreandcommunicatedatathatdorequireunitstobeproperlyinterpreted.TheSIunitsrequiredbythispracticearetoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthispractice.
