【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesminimumrequirementsforthematerial,design,constructionandworkmanship,manufacturingprocessesandtestsatmanufactureofrefillablequenchedandtemperedseamlesssteeltubesofwatercapacitiesfrom1501uptoandincluding3000Iforcompressedandliquefiedgasesexposedtoextremeworld-wideambienttemperatures(normallybetween-50℃and+65℃).ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletotubeswithamaximumtensilestrengthRmoflessthan1100MPa.Thesetubescanbeusedaloneorinbatteriestoequiptrailersorskids(ISOmodules)forthetransportationanddistributionofcompressedgases.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotincludeconsiderationofanyadditionalstressesthatmayoccurduringserviceortransport,e.g.bendingstresses,etc.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesguidanceforthecalculationofelectricaldistancesbetweenliveandearthedpartsrequiredtopreventair-gapbreakdownwhichmayendangermembersofthepublicwholegitimatelycomeclosetoliveparts.Itisapplicableonlytooverheadlinesdesignedtooperateatmorethan45kVphase-to-phasea.c.Itdealswiththeelectricalcomponentofdistancesbetweenconductorsandmovableobjects-vehiclesontheground,vesselsonwater,personsontopofobjectsorontheground,wildlifeontheground(butnotairborne),etc.Thisstandarddoesnotdealwiththefollowingpublicandworkersafetyaspects:·stationaryobjects-structuresbeneathornexttolines,trees,groundcontours,etc.These,ingeneral,requireconsiderationastowhetherthestructurecanbeclimbedon,theextenttowhichthetreewillgrow,etc;·minimumapproachdistanceforliveworking,whichisdealtwithinIEC61472;·capacitivecouplingormagneticinductionbyoverheadlines,suchasvoltagesinducedinvehiclesunderaline,orinpipelinesburiedalongsideit;·currentsflowinginthegroundthatoriginatefromlinesandresultinstepandtouchvoltagesaroundstructuresduringlinefaultsorlightningstrikes;·flashoveroflineinsulatorsorsparkgaps,oraphase-to-phasedischarge,resultinginaudibleandelectricalnoiseandintensearcs;·dielectricbreakdownoftheairbetweentheconductorsandthegroundduetolargefiresbeneathconductors;·minimumelectricaldistancesrequiredtopreventdischargetoadjacentoverheadpowerorcommunicationcircuits.Thisstandarddoesnotgivetheelectricaldistancerequirementsforthedesignofoverheadlinestructures.Neitherdoesitgivethedistancerequirementsforoverheadlinestructureswhichneedtobeaccessibletoworkerswhilethelineisenergized(forexample,distancestolineworkersorpainters).Distancesbetweenconductorsandthestructureofthetowerarenormallychosentomeettherequiredoperatingreliabilityoftheline.Itispossiblethatthisdistancemaynotalwaysbeadequatetoallowliveworkingor,insomecases,accessforworkerstopartsofthestructureneartoliveconductors.
