【摘要】:Thisstandardisforserrationshafts(serrations)withconstantspaceangleof60?atexternaltoothing,28to42teethandpitchdiametersfrom7mmupto60mm.Serrationsasinthisstandardareusedforconnectinghubstoshaftseitherwithapermanentoraremovableconnection,butwhich,duetotheexpectedwear,isneveraslidingfitconnection.Astheteetharerelativelysmall,onlysmalltorquescanbetransmittedbysuchconnections.Thefollowingprinciplesapplytoserrationsasinthisstandard:a)Shaftshaveauniformspaceangle.b)Shaftsmayhavecurvedflanksgeneratedbymachiningwithstraight-flankedhobs(seeFigure1).c)Wherehubsmayhavecurvedtoothflanks(toallowformachiningbymeansofinvolutehobs),thisistobeseparatelyagreeduponbythemanufacturerandthecustomer.d)The"rough"deviationsforshaftsapplyincaseswheretheforceonlyactsinonedirection(torsionbarspring).e)Sidefit.
