【摘要】:ThistechnicalreportdescribesthevaluablebackgroundmaterialusedduringtherevisionofIEC61196-1,clause14,guidanceforsurfacetransferimpedanceandscreeningattenuationlimitsforflexibler.f.cables.Inthisreporttherelationshipbetweensurfacetransferimpedance(ZT)andscreeningattenuation(as)isgiven,alsomeasurementsofZTandasareprovidedtoshowthecorrelationofmeanscanningattenuationbetween200MHzand500MHzandZTatboth30MHzand300MHz.Thesensitivityofasandtherelativevelocitydifferencebetweentheinnerandoutersystemisshown,alsotheneedforthecabledatasheettoshowtheasvaluesinastandardizedform-△v/v=10%andthecharacteristicimpedanceoftheoutersystemis150Ω.Itisalsoshownthatarelativevelocitydifferencechangefrom10%to40%givesanimprovementof12dBinscreeningattenuation.
